Stress, children, job loss, past trauma, infidelity—the list goes on of challenges that can slowly wedge their way into your relationship and contribute to negative thoughts and feelings about your partner.
I am here to help you rebuild those positive feelings by strengthening friendship, appreciation, and fondness for one another. I also provide specific tools and strategies to improve communication, both inside and outside of sessions, so that you and your partner can better hear and feel heard by one another.
